"I feel very honoured to be one of the selected students in Class 2018 of the CPAC-TD leadership program. I have learned to use the DISC model to understand myself and others’ strengths & challenges; practiced relationship management strategies and applied DMAIC Model to solve problems. Also, I’ve learned how to build relationships, develop Self-Awareness and use Lester Model and ASBI Model to receive and provide feedback. These practices and strategies are hallmarks of a good manager in North America. After the training, I have become knowledgeable in many areas where I had lots of confusion before the training. A significant change in my understanding of how to be a good leader is that applying the tools and processes I have learned from this program to my daily work is the essential first step.
A big thank-you to CPAC and the sponsor TD Canada Trust from all students of Class 2018. Thank you so much for the great training and the opportunity for us to become better leaders."

“CPAC leadership program has been one of the most enjoyable and valuable courses I have taken in a long time. The program consists of 6 days of concise leadership/ management training seminars on weekends, with 2 months of mentorship and ongoing alumni networking activities afterwards. The instructors are top-notch and knowledgeable experts in the areas. Classmates are professionals with impressive backgrounds and fun to work with. Staffs are supportive and helpful. I make a lot of new friends through the program. The environment is friendly and safe for us to develop our leadership skills. I already feel inspired after the seminars, and I am looking forward to growth in the long run. I will definitely recommend my friends and relatives to join the program.”
