Chinese Canadians in Senior Leadership Positions in the GTA

Through examining the representation of Chinese Canadians in senior leadership positions in the Greater Toronto Area in seven sectors – public service, corporate, core health care, education, charitable, elected office and ABCCs (Agencies, Boards, Commissions and Crown Corporations) – this study aims at enriching the discussion of the systemic and racial discriminations experienced by ethnic minorities, with the goal of identifying possible ways of closing the gap and breaking the "glass ceiling" of leadership advancement for Chinese and visible minorities.
