CPAC-RBC 从业导师辅导项目是新移民进入加拿大职场的快速通道。该项目专为具有海外教育或工作背景的专业人士设计，不仅帮助您系统了解在加拿大求职所需的知识和方法，还为您配对经验丰富的从业导师。导师将通过一对一的个性化指导，传授实用的求职技巧，助您在专业领域顺利找到理想工作。
如果您从事会计、工程、信息技术、银行、金融、市场营销等相关领域的工作，即可申请本项目。
招生条件：
- 新移民，入境三年以内（年龄21至35岁）
- 大学本科或大专毕业
- 语言测试CLB 7级或以上
项目内容：
- 行业导师一对一辅导（12 周）
- 求职策略工作坊（2 周）
- 量身定制的简历撰写与面试准备
- 个性化职业辅导与就业咨询
- 与雇主的直接交流机会
- 与专业协会建立行业联系
