领导力培训项目课程包括三个部分：
第一步：课堂培训–六个周六的强化培训，将有六个资深的老师分别授课（合格人士享受优惠价）
第二步：导师辅导–课程结束后，每个学员将会配备一个资深高管再进行一对一的个别辅导（免费）
第三步：领袖俱乐部–学员毕业后，自动成为俱乐部成员，并可以继续学习和锻炼领导技能（免费）
CPAC-TD领导力培训项目第七期将于2017年9月16日开课。课程大致包括以下重点内容：
– 在北美怎样做一个好的领导及好领导所具备的的必要特征；
– 激励下属及影响上级的秘诀；
– 工作中解决问题及做决策的技能和策略；
–如何有力的处理工作中的各种矛盾和冲突的方法和技能；
–有效公众演讲能力的方法和诀窍；
– 各种领导风格的深层次剖析和认知；各种人群性格特点的分析和自我认知。
本课程师资力量非常雄厚，全部专家授课。有包括北美著名大机构的人事管理资深顾问、高级行政管理顾问、加拿大著名大学MBA资深教授、著名咨询公司领导能力培训专家等。
除课上培训之外，课后还为每一个学员配备了有丰富的领导及管理经验的辅导导师（mentor），这些辅导导师均是来自于本地政府，工程，银行，制造，金融、IT、和企业咨询管理等相关领域的资深高级管理人员包括CEO, 高级副总裁，高级经理和总监等。这些辅导导师会针对提高学员领导力方面进行为期两个月的一对一的辅导和秘诀传授。学员可以在导师的指导和启发下于今后的工作中不断提高领导才能。
CPAC 领导力培训项目开办七年来，已经帮助了超过100名学员从技术工作晋升到了管理层的职位，从初级的管理层的职位晋升到了更高一级的管理层的职位。深受学员的好评和赞赏，毕业学员赞此项目为“专业人士加国职场晋升加速器”！
CPAC 为毕业学员还成立了CPAC领袖俱乐部，各届学员毕业后自动成为领袖俱乐部的会员。俱乐部定期给会员组织学习和活动，历届学员在一起不但可以互相学习，继续提高，还可以扩展自己的人际网路。CPAC领袖俱乐部不对外招收会员，会员全部都是CPAC 领导力培训项目的毕业生。
CPAC领导力培训项目形成‘课堂培训–导师辅导–领袖俱乐部’三位一体、相辅相成的模式，希望这个为专业人士量身定做的培训项目，能帮助专业人士在加国的职业台阶上不断攀升晋升到管理层，帮助他们在加拿大获得更好的职业发展。
录取条件（本项目一年一期最多只接受20名学员）：
- 要有一定的初级管理技能
- 要有较好的英语沟通能力
- 要有三年以上的加拿大本地工作经验
此项目价值$7500，因有TD Canada Trust及CPAC共同资助，学员可以节省$6000以上。
时长：6天；每周六从2017年9月16日到10月28日（长周末不上课）；
时间：每周六 9:30am—4:30pm
费用：
- 会员价：$1195加税；
- 非会员：$1395加税;

CPAC-TD Leadership Development Program is an unexpectedly amazing training program for professionals. I didn’t recognize its value when I registered for the program.
