"As an accounting professional new to Canada, I struggled with local experience, networking, and hiring practices. The CPAC Mentorship Program transformed my job search by pairing me with an industry mentor who provided crucial guidance on Canadian workplace culture, resume optimization, and interview techniques. Weekly networking homework assignments significantly expanded my professional connections. The mentorship boosted both my practical skills and mindset, building confidence, adaptability, and resilience critical for success. Thanks to this support, I secured my current role at Deloitte. I am deeply grateful to my mentor, CPAC, and sponsor RBC for this career changing opportunity."

"As a software engineer with over 10 years of experience, I initially struggled with resume optimization and interview skills after relocating to Canada. The CPAC Mentorship Program transformed my job search through tailored workshops and mock interviews. My mentor, Lucilla Cheng, provided invaluable guidance by reviewing my resume line by line for target roles and conducting practice interviews that revealed blind spots. Her post hire advice even helped me navigate workplace challenges. Thanks to CPAC's structured training, especially Lily He's coordination, and RBC's sponsorship, I gained not just a job but lasting career skills. This program bridges the critical gap between technical expertise and Canadian hiring success."
