Enlight一年一度的盛大职业发展会议将于本周日20号上午11:30正式拉开帷幕,在这里详细介绍四位Guest Speaker和四位Panelist,大家一定非常期待我们周日的活动!
Enlight这个专为年轻专业人士打造的交流平台建立于2010年,成立的初衷就是为即将踏入职场的在校大学生,以及已经踏入职场,寻求更高平台和发展的青年专业人士提供服务,促进青年人与成功人士以及与同龄不同行业职业人的交流,帮助他们开阔思路,拓展人脉,更有效的进行职业规划, 更快速的完成职业理想。
Enlight致力于服务有国际背景的年轻专业人士,每月举行不同主题的、与就业相关的活动以帮助年轻人探索就业道路,听取成功者建议及经验,扩大社交圈的深度广度。
现有团队成员70%已经是职场人士,分布于各大银行,证券及咨询公司。

Caroline Yang
Caroline has eighteen years of human resources experience working with multinational organizations in Canada and China. In her role as a human resources business partner, Caroline worked with a diverse workforce and supported multicultural teams of highly skilled technical professionals.
Caroline has provided cross-cultural communication training and human resources consulting services to a broad range of public and private sector organizations. She speaks at various conferences including Cannexus (national career conference) and HRPA Annual Conference. She was interviewed by Radio Canada International to share her experience of integrating skilled immigrants into the Canadian workplace.
Caroline graduated from City University of Hong Kong with a Post-Graduate Certificate in Business Administration and a Canadian International Development Agency training program at Simon Fraser University. She co-authored the book Danger and Opportunity: Bridging Cultural Diversity to Competitive Advantage.

Dave Wong
Dave is a Regional Vice President at National Bank of Canada, managing Personal Banking and Wealth Management for the GTA Central and East region. He has over 20 years experience in the financial services industry.He is an enthusiastic leader committed to relationship building and promoting a culture of cooperation, collaboration,mutual trust and respect within large professional teams. Dave is skilled instrategy development and implementation, and has a proven track record ofsuccessfully leading major change initiatives and delivering results.
Dave is on the Advisory Council for the School of Accounting and Finance at the Ted Rogers School of Management atRyerson University
Dave is also a board member for the ReelAsian Film Festival (RAFF), Association of Chinese Canadian Entrepreneurs(ACCE), Altamira Foundation and has been a member of the Toronto Cabinet forJuvenile Diabetes Research Foundation (JDRF) since 2008.
Dave holds an under graduate business degree from Ryerson University and a Master Business Administration (MBA) fromDalhousie University.
Abhimanyu Verma -Partner at KPMG Canada
Abhi Verma is a partner at KPMG Canada specializing in financial institutions audit and accounting advisory services. He has over 14 years of experience in public accounting and is one of the firm’s leading experts in complex accounting subjects such as hedge accounting and financial instruments and derivatives. He is currently co-leading the IFRS9 transition services in Canada and assisting various Canadian banks with their IFRS9 implementation. During his career with KPMG, he also spent two years in the Global International Standards Group in the KPMG London office. Accounting, however, is not the only thing that Abhi is passionate about. Besides working as a professional accountant, he also serves as the Chair of the Board at Community Microskills Development Centre. In his spare time, he also enjoys playing cricket and motorcycling.

Irene Chiu, KPMG Manager
Irene is a manager at the KPMG Toronto office specializing in financial institutions audit and has been with the firm for over 6 years. Prior to joining the Toronto office in 2013, Irene also spent four years in the Economics and Infrastructure Finance team in the KPMG Hong Kong office assisting in building robust economic and financial models for various financial institutions and corporations in the Asia Pacific region. She is an avid wakeboarder and snowboarder and enjoys traveling to Europe and studying interior design in her spare time.
Steven Jin, Partner at Fantastic Horde Inc.
Upon graduation from International MBA program at Schulich School of Business, I became a Partner and Regional Director for Fantastic Horde, a cross-border e-commerce platform focuses on bringing high quality Canadian daily fresh products to China. During my time at Schulich, I completed my oversea internship at Bosch Inc. in Shanghai as an Assistant Project Manager, also worked as an Equity Research Analyst at Bank of China while completing my exchange program at Peking University. I actively participated in and organized various Schulich and social activities. I was the Director of Schulich South East Asian Business Association, Canada Student Peer Service Association and Canada Chinese Student Association. Prior to my MBA, I served as Investment Specialist at RBC Royal Bank of Canada dealing with high net worth clients from Year 2010-2012.
Kejia Hu, Consultant at Deloitte Consulting
Kejia is a management consultant and natural born leader who is always passionate about solving complex business issues and strategic challenges. He currently works at Deloitte Consulting in Canada with a focus on operating model and organization design in support of shifts in corporate strategy, M&A, and large scale business transformations.
After he graduated from the Schulich School of Business, Kejia worked as an Analyst, Corporate Strategy at Constellation Software (TSE:CSU), the largest and most acquisitive Canadian software company.
Kejia is extremely passionate about community service. He has advised several high profile NPOs on their strategic and operational issues and currently plays a leadership role in several grassroots groups, helping these organizations grow and deliver bigger impact to the community.
Dunstan Chung, Portfolio Analyst,1832 Asset Management LP Subdivision of Scotia Bank
Dunstan Chung joined Dynamic in 1996 and has 22 years of industry experience. He began his career with Dynamic in the client administration department before becoming an equity trade in 2001. Five years later he joined the award. Winning Equity Income team providing invaluable support as a technical and quantitative analyst. Prior to joining Dynamic, Dunstan spent 2 years at Sumitomo Bank in HongKong where he was an interest rate and currency swaps trader.
Dunstan has a Bachelor of Arts in Management Information Systems from Eastern Washington University in the U.S.
