2026 CPAC Annual General Meeting to Be Held on July 29, Featuring Long-Term Care Planning Seminar

CPAC is pleased to invite all members to the 2026 CPAC Annual General Meeting, to be held in person on Wednesday, July 29, 2026, at the CPAC Conference Hall.

The AGM is an important opportunity for members to exercise their membership rights, stay informed about CPAC’s work, and contribute to the future direction of the organization.

During the meeting, members will review and participate in the following important items:

  • Financial Report
  • Constitutional Amendments
  • Election of Board Directors
  • Questions and suggestions from members

  • How to research and compare available choices
  • What you need to know about the application process
  • When to start planning for yourself or your parents
  • What daily life is like in a retirement home or long-term care home
  • How adult children can support a parent after admission

Speaker: Kaiyan Fu, RN CHE CQO CHRP MHSc 

Kaiyan Fu is CPAC’s newest Board Director and an award-winning health executive and visionary leader with extensive expertise in integrated health system models spanning acute care, home and community care, government, and long-term care. She is a Registered Nurse (RN), Certified Health Executive (CHE), Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP), and Chief Quality Officer (CQO). Kaiyan currently serves as Strategic Lead, Workforce Innovation at McMaster University’s Health Systems Workforce Collaborative and as Project Consulting Director with Michael Garron Hospital/Toronto East Health Network at Ina Grafton Gage Home. Most recently, she served as Interim Chief Nursing Executive at Oak Valley Health. Prior to that, she spent eight years as Vice President, Seniors’ Health and Chief Clinical Executive at SE Health, one of Canada’s largest national not-for-profit home and community care organizations and social enterprises.
