2025 CPAC AGM Successfully Held

The 2025 CPAC Annual General Meeting (AGM) was held on the evening of Thursday, July 17, 2025, at the CPAC Conference Hall.

This year’s meeting was chaired by Mr. Andrew Xu, Secretary of the Board and Chair of the AGM Committee. President Helen Cao made the annual work report, highlighting CPAC’s achievements over the past year. Mr. Howard Shen, a member of the Finance Committee, presented the 2024-25 financial report. Members also appointed the auditor for the 2025-26 fiscal year and elected Ms Emily Gu to the CPAC Board of Directors.  

The AGM is a vital platform for our members to stay informed, exercise their rights, and contribute to the direction of the organization. We thank all members who attended the meeting.

As part of this year’s AGM, members also enjoyed a special wellness workshop titled “Move Well, Stay Strong: Safe & Smart Exercise at Every Stage of Life” presented by Dr. Phoenix Wong, chiropractor and former national athlete.
