Are you an experienced professional who wants to make a meaningful difference? Join the CPAC Mentorship Program and help support newcomers as they navigate their careers in Canada.
We are currently seeking mentors in the following fields:
• Data Analysis
• Business Analysis
• Cybersecurity
• Software Development
• UX/UI Design
• Accounting / Finance
• Marketing
• Project Management
• Engineering
Professionals from other fields are also warmly welcome to join us, as our program is not limited to the areas listed above.
By becoming a mentor, you can share your knowledge, offer guidance, and help talented newcomers build confidence and succeed in the Canadian workplace. Your experience can play a powerful role in shaping someone’s professional journey.
The CPAC Mentorship Program brings together a vibrant community of over 600 mentors from diverse professions and industries. Our mentors are accomplished professionals who understand the Canadian workplace, value knowledge sharing, and are committed to supporting the success of newcomers.
Mentors in our program come from a wide range of backgrounds, including engineering, IT, accounting and finance, management, healthcare, and many other sectors. All mentors participate as dedicated volunteers who are passionate about sharing their insights, expanding their networks, and helping others grow.

Time Commitment
Mentoring is flexible and manageable. Mentors typically dedicate about one hour per week over a three-month mentoring cycle. Meetings with mentees may take place through phone calls, emails, or virtual or in-person meetings.
By becoming a mentor, you will build meaningful connections while witnessing the growth and success of someone you have supported. The experience is both rewarding and inspiring.
CPAC provides training, guidance, and ongoing support to ensure that mentors have a positive and impactful experience.
