2025 CPAC Annual General Meeting to be Held on July 17, Featuring Safe & Smart Exercise at Every Stage of Life

We are pleased to invite you to the 2025 CPAC Annual General Meeting, taking place on Thursday, July 17, 2025, at the CPAC Conference Hall.
The AGM is an important opportunity for you to exercise your rights as a member, stay informed, and help shape the future of CPAC.
The agenda of the business part of the AGM includes, among other items,
- Annual work and financial reports
- Election new board members
- Appointment of next year’s auditor
- Asking questions and making your suggestions
As part of this year’s AGM, we have invited Dr. Phoenix Wong, a chiropractor and former national athlete, to present a workshop for attendees on safe and smart training and exercises.
Entitled Move Well, Stay Strong: Safe & Smart Exercise at Every Stage of Life, the workshop will cover:
- Why Movement Matters
- Common Injuries & How to Avoid Them (e.g. golf, pickleball, jogging)
- Smart & Simple Home Workouts
- Posture & Everyday Habits
- Safe Exercises for Adults 50+
Dr. Phoenix Wong, DC, MChiro, BBiomed, CCAMA, is a registered chiropractor in Canada, Australia, and Hong Kong, and a former national team athlete who competed at the Asian Games and World Championships. She currently serves as team chiropractor and sports therapist for several national and university-level teams in Canada.
Fluent in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin, Dr. Wong is the founder of TRIMOTION Sports Medicine & Training in Richmond Hill, a clinic focused on helping people stay active, pain-free, and perform at their best. She was the recipient of the 2025 CPAC Young Achiever Award and a nominee for the RBC Canadian Women Entrepreneur Awards.
