Group Mentoring is a novel way of delivering mentorship to a large group of people with similar background and career aspirations. The CPAC event will target youth from the ages of 21 to 35 with the following backgrounds:

Banking
Branch Manager – RBC of Canada
With over 18 years in a leadership role in the banking industry, J. Yao has an extensive knowledge of the banking sector from operations to client engagements. Also, he has a strong passion to support community development.
Accounting & Finance
Senior Finance Lead – Coca-Cola Canada
H. Aqrouq is currently a senior finance lead with Coca-Cola Canada. He has also held positions for over 15 years in former Global 500 corporations in the Middle East, Central Asia, Turkey and Pakistan.
Public Administration/Government Relations
Senior Manager – Government of Ontario
H. Bezruchko, a senior manager with the Government of Ontario, leads the Employment and Training Division (ETD). He has over 35 years of experience in a leadership role with both the federal and provincial governments.
Social Service Sector
Executive Director -CESBA
(The Ontario Association of Adult & Continuing Education School Board Administrators)
B. Beaupre has over 25 years’ experience in leading employment and adult education projects in the social service sector. She has extensive knowledge in professional development in the social service sector.
IT-Software
Director of Digital Development – The Globe and Mail
L. Jin is the Digital Management Director at The Globe and Mail. She has over 17 years of experience in digital development, web operation, QA and project implementation.
Engineering
Co-founder, President – ETO Engineering
S. Xiong has over 20 years of experience in the engineering field. He started his career as a process engineer in the oil and gas industry and later switched to the water and wastewater industry. He co-founded ETO Engineering and currently serves as the president of the company.
