Mentorship is a highly effective tool for accelerating career growth. The CPAC-RBC Enhanced Mentorship Program is designed to help internationally trained professionals secure professional jobs by matching them with experienced mentors who offer valuable guidance and personalized advice on job search strategies.

We invite applicants from diverse fields, including accounting, engineering, IT, banking, finance, marketing, and beyond.

Program Eligibility:

  1. Newcomer to Canada (with limited Canadian work experience)
  2. Graduated from college or university
  3. CLB level 7 or above
  4. Legally entitled to work in Canada
