Nam Pham

Nam Pham is an exceptional financial leader and the CFO of Operto Guest Technologies, a leading company in property automation and digitizing guest experience. As one of the youngest executives in the industry, he is shattering the ‘age-ceiling’ and making a step change in the under-representation of Asian Canadians in senior leadership roles.

Nam’s dedication, innovation and strategic prowess have led to unparalleled success, resulting in exponential revenue and company growth, scaling a global team from 35 to over 120 employees in under a year. As CFO, Nam oversees the Finance, Legal, HR, M&A, and Internal Operations functions at Operto. He provides leadership on all major strategic initiatives including multiple acquisitions and spearheading Operto’s series B raise for 34 million dollars to drive growth in new markets and verticals! He is an expert in building teams, processes, and infrastructure to enable scale and rapid growth, while fostering a transparent, collaborative, fun, and vibrant culture across organization.

Nam grew up in a family of Vietnamese immigrants who came to Canada during the Vietnam War with nothing but the clothes on their backs. He strived for excellence in every pursuit, and received countless honours. Following the footsteps of his family, he also founded a Society to facilitate education in Zimbabwe.

Nam has demonstrated leadership of the highest standards and is an outstanding role model and an inspiration to other young professionals and Asian Canadians. He is most deserving of the 2023 CPAC Young Achiever Award.
