领导才能培训项目课程包括：在北美怎样做一个好的领导及好领导所具备的的必要特征；激励下属及影响上级的秘诀；工作中解决问题及做决策的技能和策略；有效主持各种会议的方法和诀窍；如何有力的处理工作中的各种矛盾和冲突的方法和技能；各种领导风格的深层次剖析和认知；各种人群性格特点的分析和自我认知。

本课程师资力量非常雄厚，全部西人授课。有包括北美著名大机构的人事管理资深顾问，高级行政管理顾问，加拿大著名大学MBA资深教授；著名咨询公司领导能力培训专家等。

除课上培训之外，课后还为每一个学员配备了有丰富的领导及管理经验的辅导导师（mentor），这些辅导导师均是来自于本地政府，工程，银行，制造，金融、IT、和企业咨询管理等相关领域的资深高级管理人员包括CEO, 高级副总裁，高级经理和总监等。这些辅导导师会针对提高学员领导能力方面进行为期两个月的一对一的辅导和秘诀传授。学员可以在导师的指导和启发下于今后的工作中不断提高领导才能。

The Leadership Development Program is a successful training program!  It has provided the essential training modules which we need in our daily management work.
