We had informed you earlier of the time and place of this year’s Annual General Meeting. At the time, we were required to have a physical meeting according to the guidelines of the Federal Government.

The government has recently issued new guidelines, which provide an option for us to hold the AGM virtually.

In light of the new option available to us, the Board of Directors has resolved to hold this year’s AGM virtually through Zoom Meeting.

If you have already registered for the physical meeting, you do not need to re-register for the virtual meeting. We will contact you and send you the link and password to the Zoom meeting.

If you did not register for the physical meeting and are now willing to attend the virtual meeting, please register by Friday, September 25, 11:59 am.

The 2020 CPAC Annual General Meeting will take place as originally scheduled on Saturday, September 26, 2020 at 10:30 am on Zoom Meeting.

Attendees at AGM will receive a specially prepared gift as a souvenir for your participation.

The AGM is the best platform for you to exercise your right as a Member and contribute to CPAC’s continuous improvement and development. The AGM agenda includes CPAC’s annual work report, financial report, by-law amendment, election of Board Members and a Q & A session for you to ask questions and make suggestions.
