The CPAC Annual Gala will be held on January 25th, 2015, at Sheraton Parkway North Toronto in Richmond Hill. This fundraising event is co-hosted by CPAC and the Education Foundation of CPAC, and will attract over 500 participants representing long-term CPAC partners, political and business leaders, members of the media and other professionals in the immigrant community.
CPAC and the Foundation work together in three areas:
- Helping internationally trained individuals who are new to Canada obtain licenses, find jobs and integrate into society;
- Promoting education and providing scholarships and bursaries to students who have demonstrated social responsibility as well as academic excellence;
- Cultivating leadership among immigrant professionals.
While we are proud to report that we have accomplished a great deal in the above areas, to sustain and expand CPAC and the Foundation’s important work, donor support is essential to CPAC and its Education Foundation.
Sponsors, partners and guests will be treated to a lovely evening featuring fine dining, elegant entertainment, and also include a silent auction to raise funds for the Foundation. The event will also honour the Professional Achievement Award 2014 winners, one or more individuals chosen from the immigrant community who has made considerable achievements in their professional career.
