Job Summary: Reporting to the program manager, the employment counsellor is responsible for delivering CPAC’s mentorship program and providing employment services to program participants. Working with the program team, the incumbent will act as the coordinator of all aspects of the program, including planning, promotion, service delivery and reporting. The individual is also expected to coordinate or assist in career development related seminars, job fairs and other events and activities and contribute to various initiatives and projects. This is a contract position for a year, with opportunity to become permanent after the term of the contract.
