Richard leads a strong investment and financial planning team that provides wealth management services to affluent business owners, professionals and retirees. He has been recognized as a member of the RBC DS Executive Council, a distinction that is awarded to the firm’s top advisors. Richard’s process looks to match the goals of the portfolio with the client’s unique needs and tax situation. His financial planning process helps families alleviate the common worries related to business succession and estate planning.  Richard is an HBA graduate of the Ivey School of Business at the University of Western Ontario and is a CFA Charterholder. He also holds the accounting and financial planning designations of CPA, CMA, CIM and CFP. Richard sits as a member of the SickKids Foundation Chinese Cabinet and in his spare time enjoys reading about history and theology. In the current COVID environment Richard enjoys camping every weekend with his wife and two sons.
