English Pronunciation Training, Starting Sept.22

CPAC offers a 12-week intensive Pronunciation Training course that addresses the specific difficulties of non-native speakers in verbal communication. You, and those around you, will notice the difference in the way you talk.

Time:              September 22 — December 8, 2015 (12 weeks) Every Tuesday Evening, 7:00pm – 9:00 pm

Location:       CPAC, 4150 Finch Ave E., Scarborough, ON M1S 3T9. 
                      (Closest intersection is Midland and Finch). Free Parking.     
Fees:              CPAC members $300, Non-members: $360
Class size:     15 max.

About the Program:

The CPAC Pronunciation Training course will cover the basic principles of Canadian English pronunciation, focusing on the predominant difficulties of non-native speaker and allowing ample time to refine individual issues. Some of the topics covered include pronunciation principles, vowels, and consonants. Other topics will be covered as they arise.

Ms. Carolyn Johnson is certified in CELTA (Certificate in English Training to Adults) and has extensive training in second language acquisition. Carolyn has taught students of all ages, from primary to university to working professionals for many years.
