Noam Silberstein, CFA

Noam Silberstein is a Managing Director in the Investment Banking group at National Bank Financial, where he is part of the Diversified Industries team with responsibility for financings and M&A advisory in the agri-business, industrials, and technology sectors. Noam has over a decade of investment banking experience and was most recently at Wellington West, prior to the firm’s acquisition by National Bank. Noam has a B.Comm. from McGill University and earned his CFA charter in 2006. He speaks English, Spanish, French and Portuguese and serves on the board of directors of the Canadian Council for the Americas. Noam joined CFA Society Toronto’s Mentorship Committee in 2009 and was appointed chair of the Awards and University Relations committee in 2014.

Aaron joined Caledon as Assistant Vice President in 2014 and focuses on the infrastructure investment program. He has extensive experience evaluating infrastructure and energy opportunities both as a direct and fund investor. Previously he was engaged to help structure and raise a Latin American infrastructure and energy fund and was a member of Macquarie Bank in a variety of roles and regions.Aaron received a Master of Finance with Distinction from INSEAD and Bachelor of Commerce with Distinction from McGill University. Aaron joined CFA Society Toronto’s Awards & University Relations Committee in 2014 and earned his charter in 2010.
