Info session on CPAC Gateway for Internationally Educated Nurses Program, September 6, 2012

CPAC will have an information session on CPAC Gateway for Internationally Educated Nurses Program on Thursday, September 6, 2012.
CPAC Gateway for Internationally Educated Nurses is an Ontario Bridge Training Program funded by the Government of Ontario and the Government of Canada and it aims to help internationally educated nurses obtain registration as Registered Nurse/Registered Practical Nurse licenses (RN/RPN) with the College of Nurses of Ontario (CNO) and/or find employment in their profession field.
A number of other organizations in this field, e.g, CARE for Nurses, Registered Nurse’s Foundation of Ontario (RNFOO), will also attend the session and introduce their programs to you. The RNFOO Internationally Educated Nurses (IEN) Fund will also introduced. This is a tuition-support program generously funded by the RBC Foundation. The fund provides financial support for IENs to meet the educational requirements to become a Registered Nurse in Ontario .This is a great opportunity for you to know more about what programs are available and what is the best for you.
