LAST CALL for Nominations: CPAC Professional Achievement Award

CPAC invites members of the professional community to nominate candidates for the CPAC Professional Achievement Award 2014.

The CPAC Professional Achievement Award was established in 2009 to recognize and celebrate the achievements of immigrant professionals who have overcome various barriers in Canada and have achieved outstanding status and success in their profession. Past winners included outstanding individuals in such diverse fields as Anna Yin (poet), Enhui Yang (research scientist), Kelvin Tran (bank executive) and Luke Chan (university administrator).

Nominations are encouraged for all professions and regions of Canada. Nominees shall be immigrants who:

•           Have achieved outstanding status in their profession in Canada, and/or

•           Have achieved significant accomplishments in a different profession than what they were trained for

Nominations will be reviewed by the CPAC’s Professional Achievement Award Selection Committee and winners will be announced at the CPAC Annual Gala to be held this year on November 23, 2014 at the Sheraton Parkway North Toronto in Richmond Hill.

Nominations must include the completed 2014 CPAC Professional Award Nomination Form and the resume of the candidate, and submitted by October 31st, 2014 via:
