Phoenix Wong

Phoenix Wong is a dedicated chiropractor, successful entrepreneur, and former national athlete who has made a positive impact in the healthcare and sports communities in Ontario.

Born in Hong Kong, Phoenix pursued her undergraduate and graduate studies in Australia, where she developed a deep understanding of human biomechanics, rehabilitation, and sports performance. She is now registered in Hong Kong, Australia and Canada.

While practicing at a clinic in downtown Toronto, she founded TRIMOTION Sports Medicine & Training in Richmond Hill, a multidisciplinary clinic offering chiropractic care, Chinese medicine, acupuncture, massage therapy, yoga, and sports rehabilitation training. TRIMOTION serves a diverse community, particularly Chinese-speaking patients, athletes, and active individuals, ensuring they receive personalized, high-quality care in their preferred language.

Once a high-performance athlete representing Hong Kong at the Asian Games and World Aquatic Championships as a synchronized swimmer, Phoenix has a deep understanding of the physical demands and challenges athletes face. She now serves as the treating chiropractor for multiple sports teams and clubs across Ontario, including the University of Toronto and York University, helping athletes recover from injuries, prevent future ones, and enhance their performance. Her firsthand knowledge allows her to bridge the gap between elite sports and healthcare, providing specialized care that supports athletes in achieving their best performance while maintaining long-term health.

Beyond her clinical work, Phoenix is passionate about education and mentorship. She regularly delivers health talks and workshops to students, professionals, and athletes, emphasizing the importance of spinal health, posture, and injury prevention.

At 27, Phoenix’s journey to success is one of passion, resilience, vision, entrepreneurship, leadership, and a commitment to helping others live pain-free and perform at their best. Her dedication to healthcare, sports, and community service continues to inspire those around her.
