The CPAC Leadership Development Program is a unique program designed specifically for internationally trained professionals. It consists of three important and complementary components: intensive in-class training, mentoring by senior executives and membership to the CPAC Leadership Club.

The CPAC Leadership Development Program – Class 2016 will start training on September 10, 2016. Built on the success of the program in the past five years, the CPAC Leadership Development Program offers an improved curriculum in order to serve the diverse needs of established professionals who look for career advancement.

  • In-depth analysis and understanding of leadership styles and individual personalities

Program instructors include executive advisors, senior consultants, and senior university professors from well-known consulting/training companies and Canadian educational institutions.

Mentorship is a proven, effective and value-added component of the program. Participants will be matched with mentors from a wide range of industries/sectors, including engineering, finance, IT, consulting, government, etc. They are CEOs, Senior VPs, or Directors who have years of senior management experience and valuable insights into their respective industries.

Exclusive to the graduates of the program, the CPAC Leadership Club provides a platform for its members to further develop leadership skills, share learning experience and build networks. The club offers a wide range of professional development activities and events throughout the year.

CPAC and TD Bank teamed together to develop the leadership development program six years ago. This is a unique program designed specifically for established professionals. Since its inception in 2010, the CPAC-TD Leadership Program has helped about 100 graduates successfully move from technical roles into management positions or from junior positions to senior ones.
