Volunteers Wanted for CPAC Gala: January 25th, 2015
The CPAC Annual Gala will be held on Sunday, January 25th, 2015 at Sheraton Parkway Toronto North (600 HWY-7 E Richmond Hill, Ontario). This fundraising event is co-hosted by CPAC and the Education Foundation of CPAC, and will attract over 500 participants representing long-term CPAC partners, political and business leaders, members of the media and other professionals in the immigrant community.
We are looking for flexible and detail-oriented volunteers to assist in this event. Dinner and volunteer certificate will be provided on event day. Formal dress required.
Training will be provided on Thursday, January 22nd, 2014 6:30pm at CPAC office (4150 Finch Ave E. Toronto ON M1S 3T9) with simple light dinner provided.
Volunteering jobs include:
- Event site setup & take down
- Stage hand/assistants
- Participant registration
- Ushering participants to dining tables
- Providing venue directions as needed

Volunteer time: 2:30 pm-10:30 pm

Dress code: Formal – Black Tie Optional
