Read More第五届CPAC教育日活动分场讲座介绍：Being positively and actively involved in your children’s learning and school lives?
以“培育栋梁、锦绣前程携手创”为主题的第五届CPAC教育日活动将于2012年10月27日在士嘉堡Mary Ward天主教中学内举行(3200 Kennedy Road, Scarborough，Kennedy夹McNicoll西北角)。 由加拿大中国专业人士协会教育基金会主办、加拿大汇丰银行主题赞助的CPAC“教育日”活动是华人社区每年举行的规模最大的教育活动之一。主要目的是为新移民家庭提供有关加拿大教育制度的信息和其他相关服务，帮助家长和学生在加拿大新生活中取得成功。活动举办四年以来，已为数以万计的学生及家长提供了实用的教育资讯。 据介绍，此次“教育日”活动仍然保留前几届活动多样化方式，帮助参与者“一站式”搜罗所有教育相关资讯，既有来自学校等教育机构设立展位，与学生和家长面对面的交流，又有十五场不同教育相关主题的讲座，还有由在校大学生主持的全天候学生论坛。 十五场教育专题讲座内容囊括从家庭教育、小学至高中教育、大学教育、研究生教育到成人继续教育等多方面与教育有关的话题内容，除保留颇受大家欢迎的天才班介绍、国际文凭项目(IB)、大学先修科目(AP)、Co-op课程、本科、研究生、继续教育、职业规划等，还邀请多伦多教育局的教育顾问向学生家长传授北美教育体制及如何积极的参与到学生的学校生活中、经验丰富的高中在职老师将告诉大家如何在高中阶段选择正确的学科为申报大学专业做准备、营养学专家与家长分享“健康的心智从健康的饮食开始”。同时，主办方还邀请到多位哈佛、耶鲁大学的同学分享申请常青藤名校的攻略。 分场讲座之： Being positively and actively involved in your children’s learning and school lives?
