1.Vehicle Rally

This Sunday, March 28, at 2pm, the Council of Newcomer Organizations in cooperation with the Afacte Charity Foundation (Canada) will hold a rally against Anti-Asian Hate at Queen’s Park to protest discrimination against Asians, mourn the victims of the Atlanta shooting in the US, support Asian Americans and Canadians, and call attention to the growing discrimination against Asians during the COVID-19 pandemic. This is part of the cross-Canada rally that will also take place in Vancouver and Calgary at the same time.


Event Details

Meeting place: 8365 Woodbine Ave. Markham


Time: 12:30pm We will leave promptly at 1:00pm to be at Queen’s Park together at 2:00pm.


Rallying place: Queen’s Park


Time: 2:00pm-3:00pm




Limited by the total number of vehicles (there is no limit to the number of people in the vehicle), you MUST register before you can participate in Vehicle Rally. Please contact the organizer to register: 416-727-9990

Please drive safely and be wary of the distance between your car and the one in front of you.
